She wanted to let people know there were healthier options available to them. It became her mission to educate women and men on maintaining and caring for their hair in its natural state. Connie strives to achieve the best results for every client with honesty and integrity. Your vision for your hair, coupled with Connie’s creativity and commitment to doing her best is where she believes the impossible can be made possible. Connie has fourteen years of experience. She specializes in locs, Sisterlocks TM, and custom coloring for those that love bold color!
Master Stylist and licensed Cosmetology Educator, Tika Mercer, has been a natural hair care professional for over eighteen years. She is a licensed Master Educator, has earned a license in cosmetic art and a degree in communications. Tika uses her communication skills and wealth of knowledge to facilitate natural hair care seminars, to educate and empower both newly and longtime naturals on how to best care for their hair. She was also the chosen educator for the first Natural Hair Care Certification Program at Central Piedmont Community College. As a seasoned business owner, Tika Mercer has and continues to share her passion for growing and re-growing the natural hair of her clients. During her client consultations, her goal is to connect with and to educate her clients on all things healthy hair.
